Was referred to Namco from a friend of mine so decided to order my first pool. Kim took my order and was very efficient and always answered all my 100s of questions with a smile. It ended up coming in much sooner than anticipated but unfortunately with the incorrect liner. I couldn't reach anyone via phone for a week and left numerous messages. I was so frustrated but I was finally able to reach James Cullinan at a local store. It wasn't his error but he without hesitation helped me out. If he hadn't stepped in, worked with me and made some calls I am unsure how things would've turned out. I can't thank him enough! My liner eventually made it the day my pool was getting installed also thanks to Karen at corporate. Her phone lines were down due to a storm and when I finally explained all that had happened when trying to reach her she made things right for me. One of my hoses was also bad and she personally went to the store to get it and ship it out for me as I recently had shoulder surgery and was unable to drive out of town. All in all it started rough but now I am a happy customer and looking forward to using my beautiful new pool next year! Thank you Namco!

Marc was very helpful and quick to respond but information he was given was incorrect which created a lot of work for us. The product we needed never became available.

My only issue was the directions were a little confusing.

The on line process was very easy, and for some reason it would not take my first credit card so I had to use another and it went through. I am just waiting for my purchase so I can close my pool. When the cover arrives I will send another review on how the product was.

Service and ordering were easy and stress free. The only small thing I would suggest is with the delivery process . They were not able to accommodate delivery place, For example they would only deliver it in our driveway and not to our yard. This was not a huge problem but it would be a nice extra if they could have accommodated it.

I like your products but your website needs some work. When checking out I selected the up arrow on quantity, so I could purchase 2 parts instead of 1. After clicking pay now, I received an invoice indicating that I purchased only 1 of these. You may want to look into that. BTW - I just purchased an 18' round Quest ($3,300).

We are very happy with our pool and Namco despite the setbacks caused by covid19. Through no fault of Namco, but the pandemic itself - everyone bought pools. Hence there was a delay with receiving pool and additional delay with pump and filter. The customer service at Namco Southington was always upbeat, positive and informative. Robert is a good general manager and we appreciate him and his teams efforts. We do love our pool and are happy to have it.
