Waiting to hear...
We bought a pool last year and then it had to be taken down before the end of the pool year due to a hole in the outer skin. Haven’t heard from anyone this year as to when this spring the new pool will go up.

It seems like they hire inexperienced people in their late teens/ early twenties that don’t have much knowledge of products. As a new pool owner, I rely on the knowledge of the Namco staff. They only positive experiences I have had is when dealing. With a manager. They seem to be the only knowledgeable staff.

It’s been two day since I placed the order. I haven’t received an email confirmation or any other information about my order.

winter cover was not as strong as you advertized

My dealings with the staff are generally good. When a winter cover ripped in the 1st season of use, they replaced without question. My issues with the store has been 2-fold ... (1) pool chemicals rarely have a price on them whether it's cartons on the floor or containers on a shelf. Unless you ask an employee in advance, you won't know until they ring it up at the register. and (2) the quality of their parts has gone down (chlorinators, skimmers, etc). I'll shop there for emergency parts, but more often I'll order on-line from Amazon.
