Came in for pristine blue testing a few times a year...sometimes test supplies were not in stock, the tester had little knowledge of the pristine blue system which is a non chlorine system, sometimes they ran numerous test to get good results. If water was “off”, they made recommendations from a printout, but with no chemical knowledge base when questions were asked. I browsed patio stuff while there and found it mostly overpriced.

Young kids there, not very knowledge . Manager very arrogant. Just wants to sell. Not sure l will be back

Pool installation had to be done twice. Still shows supports under liner.

Availability/stocking of needed products is hit or miss. Also items purchased had incorrect price. Price marked on product was for higher grade product.

Did not get points promised. First time staff said I was ineligible you likely lost customer for life. Spent considerable amount of money

Poor Customer experiences. Always not the stores fault when something goes wrong and refusal to help fix. Reps put it all on the customer.
