We bought our first pool back in 2011 from Naamco when it was located on Bald Hill Rd in Warwick,RI. Of course you go in not even knowing anything about the maintenance. We come across Heidi couldnt have been a better sales person took so much time with us as I bet she did with anyone else that she came across during her time with Naamco. She obviously sold us a pool which we still have. And though she moved to other stores we happenned to always be where she was. She knew how to talk to people. Lets just say she was always there for the customer. And we appreciated that. On Saturday we visited the Attleboro store where she last was. We were told she was no longer with Naamco. She sure made a difference and because of that of course she probably is no longer there. Ty for all that you provided to all your loyal customers. We always looked forward to seeing you. And giving us pool tips. It sure isnt the same without you there.

the installer did not finish the job

They were quick to make the sale, then outsourced installation to another guy. This person was unprofessional and showed up weeks late yelling at me after I contacted the store inquiring about the overdue promised date. When our pool was finally installed, the store was no help answering questions and it seemed difficult to get the store to even answer their phones. We have since brought all of our questions to another store and they have helped us get our pool up and running!

The store employees were fantastic. They knew their material and were very helpful. The shipping of the items was horrible. We were fed one line after another, after another.

The patio set we purchased had a defect in it. We also purchased a pool from them and many items were missing, the installation crew subcontracted from them did a poor job leaving the floor of the pool with jagged rocks under the liner, and the pool ladder is defective. The only positive experience we have had with Namco is the people on the sales floor who have been helpful.

Usually out of what I'm looking for. (typically parts, PH Increase, Clarifier Concentrate. Why is this not on the shelf?) Help is almost non-existent. I have to search for someone just to check out. Best options are for pool covers and chlorine. Otherwise, I just go to my local Mom and Pop. I pay a little more, but they have what I want, and it saves me the gas of driving to Namco to find out they're out of what I need.

Your installation was not completed properly and poor craftsmanship. They also ripped up my yard. Ran over my wife’s flower garden fence. Your installation guy said he was going to send me a $50 coupon and never did plus he was unpleasant to deal with and Unprofessional!
