We had a terrible time with other on line pool liner companies. We would order a pool liner, wait a while and when we would look into shipping we would be told the liner was on back order. Your customer service rocks, particularly Marc Kagan. He worked with us and let us know you have one liner in stock we could utilize for our pool. We appreciated his courteous and helpful service.

The website was easy to navigate and my question was answered quickly by email prior to making my purchase. Not thrilled with the amount of the shipping charge but it is better than having to shop right now.

The reps on the floor were very knowledgeable and helpful. They went out of their way to find the pieces I wanted. When 2 pieces (out of 8) had an issue, they replaced them with no problems or flaming hoops. I plan to buy all my pool, hot tub or patio needs from Namco from now on!!

Great pool cover!! The only small issue I had was with the shipping but it was quickly resolved by the CEO. I really appreciated the fact that he took the time to help.

Kevin in the Poughkeepsie location knew exactly what I was asking about and exactly what I needed when I called. I was able to order my parts online and I'll have it sometime in the next week or two. Thanks!

Excellent. I only hope to receive the item on time and that it does not happen like the time I bought a pool last year, they said that it arrived in 4 or 5 weeks and 2 months passed and it had not arrived
