After we purchased the pool And the hot tub, the store acted like they didn’t even care anymore. We got the sale. We kept get the run around with the installation of the pool, they said is not them who install them do they can’t help.. that was bull crap. Then when we went back to the store to get more things, we had to wait almost 30 minutes before we were helped. I brought it up to sales person and got an attitude. I explained how poorl the ladder was and her response was call manufacturer, we didn’t make it. No you sold it to us. Absolutely the worst experience I have had and won’t purchase another thing from you guys. This was the Salem nh store

The saleswoman was very misleading (told us totally incorrectly), which cost us about six thousand dollars in labor, for repairing our deck she told us to cut. It put a serious burden and strain on our family finances. They should have paid for everything!!!

Low quality pools -warranty is not covering damages after winter. Sidewalls bending.Namco does not stand behind warranty on products sold. Buy pools some other places carrying better quality pools.

Your customer service people out of the corporate office are horrendous. Rude, dismissive and lack customer service

Took a bunch of calls and tracking someone down in the store to get a refund from a cancelled order. Order was cancelled before shipment. Took at least a month and a lot of personal time to receive a refund. Brutal experience.

Bought a new liner summer of 2019, by middle of summer had a leak. Over the winter totally disinagrated. When we called to get a new liner for free, service dept said only cover if in the seam. Our feeling in that short of time, you should stay by integrity & honor a good customer with replacement. RV dion

I buy a pool for 5000 dollar.they tell me the pool have warranty.i have a problem after 8 month .i call to report.they change the problem.they tell the warranty is for some problem.linner got ripped .

a pool that is worthless to us now with rust spots that have turned to holes around the pool and no one has done anything to help or stand up to Namcos name!
