A+ excellent!! Although the pool isn't installed yet, I do have it, and I am one of the 1st on the list for Spring 2021! Kim is a SAINT!!! So patient and NO PRESSURE!! This is a HUGE financial decision for a single mother, plus I will be doing most of the work as well, she understood me and helped get a pool priced that I could afford. She even helped me break it into payments, pool first, installation second and filter / ladder package next month! We are SO excited for this, and I worked my butt off to achieve it! Thank you Kim for your kind, patient understanding and making this a smooth transition!
