Spent a lot of money on a pool. Once they had my money they had no interest in helping me with any issues. Even going to the store I had to search for someone to help me get what I was looking for.

Such a BS show of a process from beginning to end! Their installion man literally didnt want to install my pool, AND told me he couldnt on my reg scheduled day bcuz his crew came in drunk from the long weekend 😂😂😂 hes a total Jerk. Namco pools had to pay a completely different install company to install my pool before i cancelled my $3K order. Total joke of a company!

Wouldn't know where to start. Still waiting on my reinstall as the first one was not done correctly. Ive had to stay ontop of namco as they dont answer all my questions. Not all the issues are resolved and all they want to do is issue store credit. Im disgusted its taken this long to resolve

I think Namco has the worst on-line ordering system I have ever used. My order has not been processed for days nor have I been able to speak to anyone at the corporate office. The Salem, NH store has been trying to track my order but they can't locate it either. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Well I must say I bought an above ground pool that over 7 years no only faded from grey to white but is also beginning to surface rust. My first pool I purchased from you also rusted. Very disappointed !

They are clueless about pools and how to care for them. They used to be ALL pool experienced. Now it’s all patio furniture other, jacuzzis and maybe one pool in the place but no employees know anything! Also super expensive! I’ve taken my business to a smaller pool company local business. The ladder I needed for my pool was half the price!

The plastic post covers broke the first winter. I emailed the store manager 2 times and spoke to her in person. She has refused to fix the problem or get back in touch after each email. When a customer spends money they expect a quality product. When that doesn’t happen I expect someone to step up and fix the problem.

You lied about the price of the pool, you said the installation was included but when the installers came they indicated that the installation was separate , you let me buy too much salt for the pool and then would not let me return the rest . The worst company !! Do not buy, you will be sorry !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
