Never got my discount

This winter cover looks amazing. I like the engineering/common sense that has gone into it. I was surprised that the shipping was as high as it is. Most places offer free shipping now days for bigger, more expensive items and this cover is already quit a bit more cash than your competitors.

Price was high. Received wrong liner. Had to wait for the right one to come in. Had to look for a pool guy to pool together and get an Electrican. Didn't have to do this for the last 2 pool I got from Namco. People don't to care about the customers anymore. .Make the sale. See Ya. I do have to say, that the lady on phone for customer problem did a great job at getting the liner here fast. She was pleasant person to speak too.

I think the shipping costs are too higher.

I needed to order a solar cover. My local store did not have the size i needed. Your web site did not have the size i needed , so i traded up and got one bigger than i needed. (20$ more), then was surprised that I was charged shipping fees. Items over 100$ should be free shipping.

recently ordered 15 x 30 oval solar pool cover, paperwork said it was oval but after opening box found it was rectangular. I can trim it to fit but attention to detail was missed.

I bought a new pool on-line. On the site it said you have installers but when I called to schedule an appointment,I was told they weren't scheduling appointments any more. I am having a hard time finding someone to put my pool up, I may cancel my order
