Marc Kagan offered the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE that I've experienced in a very long time. I've been in the service industry for 30 years so I can say with experience that the service I've received is amazing and above par. Marc answered all my questions timely and continued to follow up multiple times until I received my package. He's so friendly and positive and Namco is so lucky to have him.
