I had a horrible experience with ordering online. I ordered from here 6 weeks ago never got my items. I then called got no answer and when I finally got through to an answering service I left a message and never got a return call. Awful customer service and apparently delivery because I never received my item. Extremely dissatisfied will never order from them again.

I placed an order on June 21 and still have not received any update on the order, so asked for a refund over a 1 and 1/2 ago and can't get anyone to answer the phone or return my e-mail. Never again will I use this company, there are other pool companies in the area that will get my business.
