many emails and voicemails. still no word on my pool. I order an above ground from the s Attleboro store on 6/6/20. it is now 7/23/20 and I can not get anyone to give me a straight answer or even answer at all! . I spoke to a rep from the store on 7/14 and he assured me the pool was shipped from the warehouse on 7/10 and would be in store ready to ship between 7/14 and 7/24. He said I will get a phone call two days before the ship date to confirm. well tomorrow is the 24th and still no call or pool. I don't want a refund I want my pool and I want it when you said it would be delivered. I have installers and electrians that I keep pushing back because of this issue . you want a revised review ? get my pool to me and I will update it .

Ordered 2 swans for pool july1st. charged my credit card july 2. have not received my order as of yet. WHY?

I ordered and fully paid for a pool. I have emailed three times and called atleast ten. I haven’t got any response on where our pool is?!

I purchased a 21x52 reprieve above ground pool with a stated ship date of July 1, 2020 Pool purchase was made June 18, 2020 I received an email and phone call saying delivery was scheduled July 13-17... pool never came. Repeat phone calls and emails never answered. Finally July 20 someone finally said the pool was in their warehouse, but filter was not and shipping can not take place until all items are together. I inquired on the refund policy and stated I would wait a few more days. Immediately following the conversation with Namco the same day, they cancelled the order and refunded my money per customer request. I did not request this! Buyer beware!!! Obviously Namco doesn’t have the pools to begin with. I understand the situation of being backed up by manufacturers, but be honest with your customers. False advertisement!

I have not received my order it's been 3 weeks, never received an email with shipping date. Sent them a message no response... Steer AWAY!!!!! Save your money and time and order on ebay instead

I ordered a sunchaser pool lounge and the cushion is ripped in two places. Would like a replacement soon so I can use this before pool season is over.

I still have not received my order which was placed a month ago. There have been no status updates, shipping information or other assistance needed. I'm still waiting for a reply to the 3 emails that have been sent.

Horrible Company! Took out money and lied about when we would be getting out pool. Could not get through to customer service day after day. Over 17 emails of lies and promises. Luckily we got to cancel and buy our pool elsewhere. Happily swimming today no thanks to this scam of a company.
