If I could leave a 0 stars I would!! I am STILL waiting on my pool that I ordered in May!! Was supposed to be shipped July 10! then told July 24, then Aug 3, Finally got trough to someone, because they NEVER answer the goddamn phone, was told my pool came in would be delivered by end of week Aug 7. OH LOOK STILL NO POOL!!! had to call another store in another state to try to get some info- now Aug 15th!! SERIOUSLY. and of course can still not get through to customer service. AN absolute disgrace of a company-would never recommend!!!

Worst service, when I paid for my pool it stated shipping 7/20. Now 8/10 no pool. Doesn't answer emails or phone calls. Don't return messages. Extremely disappointed

Ordered our pool 6/22 with promised shipping of 7/20. Now well into august with no update. We have tried to contact customer service via email, chat, and phone several times a day for two weeks straight and have yet to get a single response back. I understand everyone is busy with the current state of the world but I’ve received better service a McDonalds. DO NOT BUY HERE!

I placed an order July 2nd for a liner that was supposedly in stock. I have yet to receive it and I'm still waiting to hear from someone in regard to when I will.

We purchased a pool package on June 18th that was to be delivered on July 1st. That didn't happen. They postponed to the 13th, which came and went as well. We are now into August with no idea when we might have a pool. Now, I understand that there may be things out of Namco's control given the current state of things. But what's unacceptable to me is that they have literally shut off all lines of communication. When you call customer service, no one answers and it says the mailbox is full. The online chat has been disconnected. We now have a hole in our back yard that needs to be pumped every time it rains. I have a driveway paving that I've rescheduled 4 times because the water truck I will need to fill the pool will damage the new asphalt. The fact that no one has had the consideration to atleast reach out and give me an update is rediculous. Like everyone else has said, they are fantastic at selling you something (that they can't fulfill), but horrible at following through on their commitment. Save yourself the headache and find a different pool supplier. 0 stars.
