Order marked delivered, never received, and two weeks of making me do their job
My order was marked delivered on October 9. It never arrived. The carrier's own proof of delivery was two photos: one of the outside of my building, and one of the parcel locker screen saying "package was not detected." The deposit was never completed, and I never got the pickup notification the locker sends for every delivery.
I sent Naked Nutrition both photos. Their first reply was a canned message telling me to check with my building and contact the carrier. It was clear nobody had looked at what I sent. When I pointed that out, they asked whether I'd tried contacting the carrier myself. That's their carrier, which they chose and pay. I don't have a contract with them and I can't file a claim.
They did eventually escalate it, but the carrier's story kept changing. First the driver supposedly put the package in compartment 82, even though his own photo shows the deposit into 82 failed. Then it was "a different compartment," with no photo because the driver "can't upload another one." Each update asked me to do more: check with management (I already had), and then track down the building's camera footage myself.
Two weeks later, I still don't have my order, a refund, or a reship. Wherever the package ended up, it never got to me, and that's between them and their carrier. Instead, the customer is left waiting while they work it out. The replies were polite enough, but polite doesn't count for much when every message hands the work back to you.
If something goes wrong with your delivery, expect to be the one chasing it.

Over a Month and Naked Nutrition…
Over a Month and Naked Nutrition Still Cannot Tell Me What Is Actually in Their “3 Simple Ingredients” Product
We have purchased Vanilla Naked Whey repeatedly and were willing to spend nearly $200 CAD on a 5 lb container because the entire appeal of this product was its supposedly simple, natural ingredient list.
Our June 2025 container caused us no problems. After purchasing it again in March 2026, both my wife and I began experiencing significant headaches and stomach upset after consuming it. Because we only use protein powder occasionally, it took several uses before we connected the symptoms with the protein. Once we did, we stopped using it. Roughly 3/4 of this nearly $200 container remains.
Then I looked more closely at the ingredients.
Naked Nutrition currently advertises Vanilla Naked Whey on its website as containing just:
“Grass-Fed Whey Protein Concentrate, Organic Coconut Sugar, and Natural Vanilla.”
However, the actual container we received does NOT say “Natural Vanilla.”
It says “Natural Flavors.”
That immediately raised a very simple question: Did Naked Nutrition change the vanilla ingredient or formulation?
I first raised this issue in September. Here is what has happened since:
September 13: I specifically asked whether the vanilla ingredient or formulation had changed and explained that we had previously used this product without these reactions.
September 14: Naked Nutrition asked for my lot/batch number, expiration date and photographs of the product label so they could investigate.
I immediately provided everything:
Lot: A239250925
Best Before: 09/27
Barcode: 8 50042 12849 7
Photos of the actual container and label
They confirmed receiving it that same day.
September 19: I followed up and offered to provide anything else they needed.
September 28: After two weeks without an answer, I followed up again.
Naked Nutrition responded that they were “continuing to review this with our team, including your question about whether the vanilla ingredient or formulation has changed.”
October 10: After another 10 days without an answer, I followed up AGAIN and asked for a refund.
October 12: Naked Nutrition finally responded to tell me they had found no other documented complaints associated with my lot.
And after having my exact lot number, photographs of their own label and more than a month to investigate, they STILL could not answer whether they changed the vanilla ingredient.
Their response:
“Regarding your question about whether the vanilla flavoring or formulation has changed, we're still checking with our team so we can provide you with accurate information.”
How does the manufacturer of a product marketed around “3 simple ingredients” need more than a month to determine what one of those three ingredients actually is and whether they changed it?
They then told me to contact Amazon for the refund.
The problem? Amazon had already told me to contact Naked Nutrition.
So Amazon sends me to Naked Nutrition. Naked Nutrition spends more than a month “investigating” whether its own vanilla protein still contains the vanilla it advertises, then sends me straight back to Amazon.
At this point, I still do not know exactly what “Natural Flavors” means in the container sitting in my house, why the physical label says “Natural Flavors” while Naked Nutrition advertises “Natural Vanilla,” or whether the formulation changed between our previous purchase and this one.
And apparently neither Naked Nutrition nor Amazon wants responsibility for the nearly full container we cannot use.
For a company whose entire brand is built around simple ingredients and transparency, this experience is incredibly disappointing.
If I am paying nearly $200 for protein because you advertise a simple ingredient list, I should not have to spend more than a month trying to get the manufacturer to explain the difference between “Natural Vanilla” on its website and “Natural Flavors” on the product actually delivered to me.
We were repeat customers.
We will not be purchasing it again.

Creamer with perks!
Leave it to Naked Nutrition to make Naked Nutrition Vanilla Collagen Peptides. This vanilla collagen actually tastes like vanilla, giving it a 1000% head start over the competition. Plus, it’s packed with Hyaluronic Acid, which is basically code for “please make my skin look like I drink 80 gallons of water a day even though 90% of my intake is coffee and spite.” 2 scoops in my morning coffee and I'm not using any other creamer! Amazing to me.
Ordering was fast. Shipping was wicked fast.

I placed a order for the Naked Pea…
I placed a order for the Naked Pea Protein on September 13, 2026.
I had been looking at the Naked Nutrition products for awhile now.
I have been using whey forever, but due to a medical issue I need to change to a plant based protein.
When I placed my order the confirmation email Naked Nutrition sent me says order ETA is September 16th.
I honestly suspected this was inaccurate, but some companies are very fast like that. I ordered a large sum of bulk supplements from another company on the same day, they were delivered on September 15.
They billed my credit card the same day, which I found to be very unusual.
Nearly 100% of my online orders a ping, hold is placed for the amount, then once shipped the C.C. is billed.
I do large annual online ordering for products, in excess of $5k.
I nearly checked the reoccurring order when I placed my Naked Nutrition order, but my gut said let's wait and see how they perform on this one time order.
When my order didn't arrive on September 16 as the order confirmation says, I emailed the company simply asking for any updates.
Today is Sunday September 20 and they still have not responded to my email. My order status has not changed since the day I placed the order "preparing items for shipment".
Once I am able to get my product I can tell you right out of the gate Naked Nutrition has failed miserably in the one most critical areas of business "customer service".
It doesn't matter how good a product is, if the customer experience is lacking or non existent it's a matter of time before the company is going to face some very challenging decisions about their future.
When you fail right of the gate before a customer ever gets to try your products, you either change quickly to be successful or the future moves on without you.
I did call the company as well, the automated voice system says they received my order, that orders typically take 3-5 days for processing before being shipped.
There is some major disconnect between the online ordering interface and the automated phone inface, nowhere on the order confirmation does it talk about 3-5 processing time?
Here is what my order actually states
"Naked Nutrition

Thank you for your order!
We're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent.
Estimated delivery Wednesday, Sep 16.
I normally would not take the time to write out such a long review, but Naked nutrition really needs a wake up call.
I suspect their products are great, but their customer service is in the toilet!

A protein company that never has any…
A protein company that never has any protein. I’ve waited a month to get any after they convinced me to subscribe. Not even an email explanation or anything just radio silence. Cancelling subscription and taking my rather expensive business elsewhere. Embarrassing.

Double Shipped Order, Return Will Cost $25.
Very happy with the product, but I had selected the button to get my order early. I got double shipped my order and on one the price increased $100 with no explanation. I contacted customer support and they offered to allow me to return it for $25. This wasn't my mistake and it's ridiculous that I should have to pay freight back for their system's error, so I have ultimately cancelled my subscriptions and will be finding another supplier. Poor customer service isn't worth continuing to purchase the product.

Don’t ever get their membership
We’ve ordered whey from this company for years through Amazon, so we decided to go to their site and order some, which we did once. Then we decided to get a membership ($108 annually) to get free shipping and 4% back on purchases. Right after we do, they’ve suddenly raised the price on their whey by $40. So I asked to cancel our membership and get a refund. Of course they refused to refund our money and said “The price of whey is increasing…blah blah.” But we’ve ordered from a different company whose prices didn’t raise. I’m not very happy about my $108.
