Very happy with the product, but I had selected the button to get my order early. I got double shipped my order and on one the price increased $100 with no explanation. I contacted customer support and they offered to allow me to return it for $25. This wasn't my mistake and it's ridiculous that I should have to pay freight back for their system's error, so I have ultimately cancelled my subscriptions and will be finding another supplier. Poor customer service isn't worth continuing to purchase the product.

Ils véhiculent une mauvaise information et ne sont pas cohérent avec ce qu’ils disent. J’ai horreur de ces mauvaises pratiques.

Though I've read great reviews about the product itself, Naked's customer service leaves something to be desired. I ordered 4 jars of their protein powder on July 7th, and it was to be delivered by July 21st. It is now July 23rd., and I still haven't received my order. It's impossible to speak to a live agent, and their system of tracking an order is a joke. It would almost be comical if I were independently wealthy and could afford to blow off $96. There is seemingly no real accountability with this company. I hope to resolve this, but I won't be purchasing their product in the future!

I have been a Naked customer and while I am happy with their products, their customer service and website is not good at all. I have accumulated Naked cash and I have been trying to apply it to my order but to no avail. At first customer service was helpful but when I was still having trouble applying my credit, they went silent on me. What's the use of a reward program if you cant use the rewards easily. Shame on you Naked.

I’ve been a fan of Naked Nutrition products for a long time — the quality is excellent and the taste is great. However, my latest order (placed on July 14th) was a big disappointment in terms of delivery time. The website indicated a 4–5 day delivery window, but my order took nearly two weeks to arrive. I rely on protein as part of my daily routine, so the delay forced me to buy another brand in the meantime. When I reached out to customer service, the response was simply to send me the tracking link I already had, without really acknowledging the inconvenience. I still love the product itself, but this experience has made me hesitant to order again. I truly hope Naked Nutrition addresses shipping delays and improves communication with loyal customers.

I’m rating my customer experience. I ordered from their website on 7/3. Two days later I received a notification it had been delivered. After checking the box and not seeing it. I contacted them via email and received a response asking to confirm the shipping address which was correct. Since it was a holiday weekend I told them I’d check with my neighbors the next day. No one had the package and I reached back out to the company. Silence for 2 days. I finally threatened to file a dispute to which the responded telling me to file a missing mail request with USPS. I’m sorry but what happened to customer service and why are companies so jaded that they put the ownnes on new customers to find their package. Today is 7/8 the package was delivered today. I will never order from this company again.

I ordered Naked Whey by mistake and immediately contacted them about a return ( I wanted Naked Casein). I had to submit a photo of the unopened container, which I did, but they waited two days to send the return label. Returns must be done in 14 days from order date. I immediately sent it back. They received it 9 days after my order. After three weeks they had not refunded my money. I contacted them and they said I was too late for a refund. I told them I returned it within 9 days. I then finally was refunded $15 of the $32 I spent. They deducted return shipping and discount. I would give them one star but granted I made the initial mistake. BTW, I have read a one star review on Amazon that they are secondary suppliers and NOT Organic certified. Read it yourself on Amazon.

Really bummed!!!! Was on a subscription for weight gainer with Naked Nutrition, I rely on the product to maintain my weight. They ran out of product & I told them thru text & email to notify me or just to order ANY WEIGHT GAINER possible. They did notify me when vanilla came in, so I tried to order it immediately. Then text representative said they could handle it & would send the vanilla instead. But I all I heard back for the next 3 days was, ‘my team hasn’t responded to me yet’. And of course they sold out in minutes of the vanilla. I would have just bought it myself if the rep wouldn’t have said they would take care of it. Super frustrating. WHY HAVE TEXT SUPPORT IF THEY ARENT GOING TO HELP?? They still have zero flavors in any type of weight gainer & now I have to find it elsewhere. I don’t think they care much about customers!
