Protein is good quality for a waste product. Have a subscription last two months, naked nutrition have been unable to meet this subscription on time which is frustrating. As means I have to go back and forth with customer service they are slow to sort and reply. Thinking of changing brand.

I waited an entire month to have a return refunded. I had an auto shipment that I forgot about that processed. The item was $18 with $7 shipping. The day the item shipped I let Naked Nutrition know I will be Returning as it was a mistake. When I got the order they asked me to open the box and prove to them with photos I did not open the container ???? So I did that in August. I retaped the box and shipped it right back. The said $8 of shipping fee would be deducted. Kind of sucks they don't do hassle free returns since I told them the day the order processed it was an accident. I told them fine take the $8 again even though I paid for it to be shipped to me . Well today they've refunded $9.99. let's do basic math. Spent $25 to get $9 back and covered all the companies shipping expenses there and back. The company doesn't have the best interest of the customer in mind if they make them pay for the entire return. Most companies have return labels that are free. So that's my complaint. They made me jump through hoops just to prove I did not use a product I told them I never wanted and wasted a ton of time and money. Honestly been ordering naked mass from them for years but their experience has me looking for a diff vegan mass gainer. Don't like being nickle and dimed by mega corporations.

I went to the website and it looks to good to be true and I don't see anything about satisfaction guaranteed, that's a big red flag to me because that means your taking a risk that I won't be taking because I've bought so many health products that don't work and never again will I buy from a company that doesn't provide a guarantee
