I ordered my beautiful necklace online. It was easy and I received it in a timely manner. Communications during the process was excellent. My necklace was delivered as expected and it met every expectation. It is beautiful and I love it!

While everything could be perfect the first time, it is sometimes more valuable to know how a retailer handles a return or exchange. In this case, Na Hoku was amazing! I didn't feel the pearl earrings I ordered were matched as well as they should, and I wanted them to better match the necklace I bought from Na Hoku. Na Hoku came through, sending photos of two pearl pair options for me to choose from. The earrings came today and I could not be happier :)!!

We are pleased our team could personally select a few options for you and help you find the pair that complemented your necklace beautifully. I ordered the 18K Gold and Silver Mother and 2 Keiki Honu Pendant for my wife for our anniversary. It was a smooth ordering process with quick delivery to Texas. I got it in 3 days and was able to give it to her the next day on our Anniversary. She absolutely loved it and it was a perfect match to a Koa and Abilone bracelet she purchased when we lived in Kailua 10 years ago. Definitely going to be ordering additional pieces in the future.

I’m not sure which order this is a review for. I had two orders, and the first order was delayed during shipment by the delivery company. Na Hoku shipped the second order free of charge even though the previous delivery was no fault of their own. As always, the pieces ordered were absolutely beautiful. I have purchased several pieces of jewelry from them over the course of the last 20+ years and they always been awesome and wear well with time. I will definitely be ordering from them again. Service, quality, and designs are absolutely wonderful.

My wife, daughter and daughter in law all love this store and have bought numerous pieces over the years. We now consider them heirlooms in the family. The designs are beautiful and they get compliments every time they wear them. Thank you.
