Great customer service

so far so good, I purchased at least 7 sweatshirts, 7 pants, 3 cardigans, and one of the $75 sweaters total so far from this company at various times. I only had an issue once and the company took some time to resolve it because it was during the holiday season (which was a few weeks) they refunded me and told me to keep the damaged item. They also adjusted my past purchase prices to reflect the current lower sale prices. I know this place had a load of bad reviews but I felt I should share mine since it was good.

This is to revise my earlier negative review based on the lack of coordination between Naadam and their shipper DHL and DHL’s horrible customer service. But all is well; the package did arrive. Naadam was responsive to my email inquiries and the recipient LOVES the sweater!

I have been purchasing items from this company for a couple if years without any issue. I did have one item that was never sent, but I received the item quickly upon reaching out to the company. The quality of the items I have purchased is wonderful and I will continue to shop with them.

My experience with NAADAM has been great, but somewhat irrelevant. I’ve read many negative reviews about NAADAM, and I’m sorry, but I have to say this: Read the Shipping & Returns Policy BEFORE you shop at any online retailer. I always read them before I order—that way I know what to expect. It clearly indicates the restocking fee, and that there are no returns on sale items, etc. Cashmere pills, and there’s no way around this—especially 100% Cashmere. It is extremely delicate. You need to take very good care of Cashmere, like fine silk—wear it gently. It’s not like other wools that are more durable or blended Cashmere with synthetics that make it stronger. For pilling, I recommend investing in a good fabric pilling remover. Don’t bother with manual ones. Get an electric one with multiple settings, so you can use it on low for delicate fabrics like Cashmere. Use it gently—don’t press down hard when using the pilling remover, just glide it across the garment. ALWAYS hand wash Cashmere (or sometimes you can dry clean). Use a delicate wool detergent, like (my favorite) Outback Gold Wool Wash, The Laundress Wool Wash, or Woolite. Soak the garment in lukewarm, soapy water for 10-15 minutes, gently wash (don’t rub), and rinse 2-3 times. Never wring the garment—gently press to remove excess water, then lay it flat on a large towel, fold the towel over the garment, and roll it up like a log. Gently press to remove remaining water. Use a fresh towel and lay the garment flat on top, arranging and fluffing it so it keeps its shape. When you’re not wearing your Cashmere during warmer months, store it in a cotton or linen bag. Don’t hang sweaters on hangers—just fold them and keep them in a cool, dark place. If all this sounds like too much work, I really wouldn’t recommend buying expensive Cashmere.

I love Naadam - you just have to know how to order from them and when. Most of the negative reviews are shipping and size ordering and I understand buyers being frustrated waiting for Christmas presents, and the company probably had staffing and logistics problems due to Covid (everyone did - USPS lost an item I ordered in September last year and their tracking had the package going from one end of the US to the other several times and they could care less and it came at the end of January). And as for sizing, the website has a full description of the size the model is wearing as well as a size chart and what’s available and what’s out of stock. That being said, I’ve bought joggers,sweaters, shawls and all are good quality, wash beautifully and do not pill. I live in their recycled cashmere joggers in the winter - they are stylish and luxurious enough to wear out as well as lounge around the apartment in. The company emails order acknowledgments promptly. gives updates on order status and tracking info and the goods usually arrive within a week currently. So now watch, just because I said all that the next time I order will be jinxed for sure.

I ordered a sweater for my wife for the first time on their website. It was indicated that it would arrive before Christmas and it didn’t arrive until January 6th. I purchased the sweater on sale and when it arrived we discovered it was too small.
