Awful experience! Look elsewhere! They’re still advertising delivery by Christmas. I place an order on 12/6 and it has not been shipped as of today, 12/18. Impossible to speak with an actual customer service representative. I have ordered previously but never again.

I can corroborate all of these negative reviews. Coupons don’t work at check out. Items sold out so you can’t exchange for a different size and are left to doing a return and being docked for original shipping, return shipping and a $13 penalty per item! Not only that, but most items go on an extreme final sale right before Christmas! Do you trust a company like this to send you first quality, unworn items if they’re the “fairest cashmere.” I doubt their cashmere is a high grade, 16 ply doesn’t mean quality, it can still be made of short fiber Grade C cashmere, which means it won’t hold up. What I received was not great quality cashmere, but I’m stuck with it because if I return my two items, I’ll loose about $100 and have nothing to show for it. Really? This company is unethical, don’t believe the positive paid for reviews on line. Buy cashmere from Lands End. They disclose when it’s Grade A cashmere and that it’s two ply yarns, like most high end cashmere. If you want a trendier look, simply size up although their clothing is generously sized. No shortages on arm length or body length, a common complaint with NAADAM. Oh, and their return policy is very fair! I’m so mad I ordered from this sleazy outfit.

I had a very very very bad experience with the company, they were very late on product deliveries and was not trying to solve issues with customers and are not doing what they promised to customers.... I won't recommend the company.

My wife came upon a cute Naadam video ad and sent it to me. Went to their site and bought two $75 Essential Cashmere sweaters, one men's L and one XL, to determine best size before ordering in other colors. Paid full price. Checked return policy: Returnable within 30 days but subject to a $12.50 restock fee. Odd in today's world, but OK. XL fit. L was too small. Tried to return the L 24 hours after delivery and was told that it was "purchased during our Extended Final Sale" and was not returnable or exchangeable. Pointed out to the "customer service" rep that it was purchased at full price and not on sale and that the website page did not state it would not be returnable. There was no budging on Naadam's position. There are lots of negative reviews of this company for poor and fraudulent treatment of customers on line. I should have paid heed. Maybe I'll lose weight one day and be able to wear the L, but I will certainly not purchase from Naadam again. You shouldn't either. They proclaim themselves to be an "ethical" organization. Sadly, they're not. I hope they treat the sheep better.

A sweater I purchased whet on sale mere hours after I made my purchase, customer service Hernan offered me a price adjustment (in writing so I have proof) so I don’t cancel my order, I wrote back to say sure I’ll take the price adjustment. Days later they wrote back to say jk not going to give you a price adjustment even though we offered it, also it’s too late to cancel your order now. Fast forward a week later, they refused to respond my any of my emails, and the sweater was never shipped. Had to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

I mistakenly sent a gift to an old address, and after the recipient tried (and failed) to recover the package - assuming the person decided to keep it, or it was stolen - I reached out to Naadam to ask if they could re-send the item. The refused and the customer service in general was horrible. I would not recommend purchasing through them because if something goes wrong with your order you will be out the $$.

No Customer Service - purchase filled in wrong address and cc - OVERSEAS $25 shipping to wrong address. I contacted them (email only option) - within 1 (ONE) minute - Reply: Sorry can't cancel orders. Sorry due to high volume can't do a thing. You'll have to receive the order and send it back (another $25) to get a refund. AWFUL site. I'm furious - out $200 for nothing.

Guess I should have read some reviews before I purchased. Ordered a shirt online - terrible fit, even more uncomfortable. $12.95 return fee even if I bring it to the store! No way to convert customers today. DO NOT BUY!
