We know how sporadic Wi-Fi can be at campgrounds. Since I purchased the waggle monitor I no longer worry about leaving my 2 Dachshunds in the RV. Also would to comment on how awesome their customer service is. Great product would highly recommend.

It’s a good product, pricing is a little high especially considering I keep having to reset the device in my car. If I’m paying nearly $500 at a time for something it shouldn’t be so glitchy. When it works it works great, but it’s annoying that the app keeps disconnecting from my device.

Can't activate through app, emailed customer service 8 days ago and no response.

Can’t review as it’s not arrived yet. Would recommend not using USPS for your shipments.

Great product and customer service … this is my second Waggle since I recently upgraded to a newer unit.. like before it works flawlessly and gives us great peace of mind if we have to leave our cocker spaniel in the Motorhome at a campsite..

This is a great tool that provides peace of mind when we have to leave our pups alone for a bit. Did run into an issue where it didn’t want to reset, but the tech support team was able to get it back online in just a couple of hours. They have followed up a few times over the past couple of months to make sure that everything is still working as it should. They care about their product, and it shows! Thanks, Waggle Team!

I've had a Waggle for 5 years and except for the fact that you could not shut it off, like when you store your RV for the winter and the battery alert sends you a million test messages, it has worked flawlessly. I ordered the updated model recently and the first one that was delivered, didn't work and had to be returned. I finally got the new one working but the battery life is abysmal. The battery in the older model consistently lasted a week. The battery in the new model needs to be recharged in 3 days. I should have kept the old Waggle and not upgraded.
