Even though the monitor is plugged in, it says no service due to low battery! Useless!!

Waggle reached out to help me immediately. A+ on customer service even if initial comprehension wasn't the best since they couldn't fathom that someone would want more than one device active, hence paying subscription for both devices so they really wanted to help me remove one at first. However they persisted trying to help and both devices are on subscription and the second device will shortly be active (it does take 24 hours for it take effect), but I'm confident that we are on the same page now thanks to their perseverance!

Everything from start to finish has been excellent. Easy to order, fast to arrive, a breeze to setup. My wife and I can now venture farther away from our RV and check in on it less frequently knowing we have real time temperature monitoring.

The ability to turn the devise on and off is very cumbersome. I can tell when it is on or off. So far I have also had a problem with the cell service provider. I have Verizon for my cell and I was able to get cell service and internet via my phone but the waggle device read no service. So far this is not very good for what I thought would work for me.

Received my Waggle and it was defective. I was asked to pay shipping to return it, refused. Finally got them to send a shipping label. Returned it the same day and now 2weeks later I’m still waiting and paying for a years subscription that I can’t use. They keep telling me it will come today. Tracking number never updates. Not the best experience!!

I love Waggle for temp monitoring of my vehicle for my service dog. We just got a new vehicle that only has USB C plugs and your connectors are USB A. I tried reaching out to on line service and was only referred back to the page with the USB A. I need a C-C (waggle is a C also). I purchased a C-C from Amazon but it won’t charge the Waggle.

The first item I received did not work & had to be replaced. The process of explaining & getting a replacement was very frustrating & I got charged shipping for the replacement.
