Keep getting notifications no internet or battery low. Hoping when we go camping it will have better cel service. Otherwise I see it updates when I go on app. Let you know after next week. I had to turn notifications off while at home. Hope I can turn off when winter comes as we won’t be using it

Great product! I’ve been wanting something like this for our RV for a long time. It will be great this winter to keep an eye on the potential for frozen when we are away for a week or two!

There should be a back up for wifi. I only had for a few weeks now and already lost cell service on it.

Very short battery life. I expected longer than 24 hours.

Battery runs out quick. Reception is extremely spotty. Certainly not dependable

Seems to work well. I did some testing and it warned me of low battery and temperature getting hotter. Also left it at home and drove away to see if it would work from a long distance, and it seemed to do just fine. Still need to test in our Class B RV during a trip to see how well it does.

Very satisfied with my purchase! Shipping was fast, set up was easy and customer service even called a couple days later to make sure we were satisfied and didn't have any questions. So far so good. Looking forward to using it camping/traveling this summer (we are not full-timers).

I ordered and paid the extra fee for expedited processing/shipping. Website said 2-3 business days. It arrived 7 business days later. I called and had to leave voicemail, no response. I also emailed, no response. The product was for a trip a week after it was ordered and didn’t arrive in time even with the expedited fee. Due to it not coming for the trip I had to constantly worry and check on the dogs.
