I have been trying to get a return label to get a refund for my product nearly 2 months. The company uses tactics to avoid sending this, absolute lies and dishonost company. Reviews all over the internet of the exact same situation of being sent the same emails promising the return label and never sending it! Absolute dishonest company that refuses to honour their return policy. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

This whole experience has been a nightmare. It took forever for the product to arrive and then the product was defective. I have been in contact with Vitality since December 8th. First it was some bot named Jay and then Vitality Team. Each time I have asked for a return label they just keep putting me off saying they are working on it. I think 6 weeks is plenty of time to get a return label. They did offer to give it to me free if I did a positive video review for them. I declined as I haven’t even been able to use the device. That is just dishonest. Then they offered me 30% back and I could keep the device. They are going to give me $20 back for keeping a defective device! That’s ridiculous! I hope they step up to the plate, show a little integrity and honor their return policy. I’m not holding my breath for that to happen. My recommendation is to not purchase anything from this company.

As soon as I used it, I had no fainting spells nor vertigo, no more nausea and no more hypertension, it is stable no anxiety and weakness either...all these symptoms went away..I am strong again and I use it every day. It saved my life and also I sleep better and have no brain fog which I had sometimes. God bless you..

I want to return the product for the full refund. I received it on Jan 4, 2026 and when I went to try it out, it did not work properly and I was not satisfied. I contacted the company right away and for weeks now I am getting the run around from them, stalling and delaying my request for a return label so I could get a full refund. It was ordered on December 12th, received on January 4, 2026 and it is now January 26, 2026 and I still can’t get a return label from this company despite repeated requests. Very disappointing. Please I beg anyone reading this, Stay away from this company. You will regret even thinking about doing business with them. It has been a truly awful experience. I want to make it known that I have proof of the delivery date and I am well within the return window timeframe but they are just stalling. Stalling so they can deny a full refund. They are playing games but I am tracking everything and I have receipts.

Just when I thought this company couldn’t sink any lower, they did. After I left my honest, truthful review, their response was to defame me rather than take responsibility for their substandard product and even worse customer service. I purchased the product in December 2025, NOT July, so well within the 90 day money back guarantee period. They did NOT offer me a 30% refund which I wouldn’t have agreed to anyway. What they did do is try to get me to send them a video of myself giving them a positive review in exchange for a refund. Firstly, if I had anything positive to say I wouldn’t be returning it, and secondly they have no right to expect me to put my face out into the internet world. This company is beyond dishonest and borders on fraudulent. I truly hope that other potential customers heed my advice and stay far away from them.

Worst product ever and been fighting with them going on 3mths to get my refund and a return label. Consistant lame excuse responses. Filing with the BB as this is flase advertisement and not following through on return policy. Received order late Oct. contacted them Nov. 21st and still making excuses. Sent them pic of product as they requested they wanted me to write a good review unbeleivable. May have to go through filing a against them in court. Update: Trustpiolet response is not accurate. I have all my respondents with Vitality and what is stated here is false. I received my package late Oct. as it wasn't sent til Oct. 17th. I contacted Vitality about my return Nov. 21st within 30days I was never offered 30%. I have been asking for a refund and a return seal since then. Just recently they insulted me by offering 20% which is unacceptable. I will be keeping this email in my records for filing against Vitality as well as this completely dishonest reply.
