Tony Lacher assisted me with the processing of my 2016 5500. He was very patient with me, despite me calling him multiple times to complete it. I have rated Ubiquity 5 stars for excellent customer service!

We have been with Ubiquity for a number of years, and recently was in touch with team member Doug Guler. He expertly addressed my concerns, had amazing customer service, follow-up, and follow-through. It seems that so many companies drop the ball, or do not address your concerns with the level of importance that the customer may. That was certainly not the case with Mr. Guler. He is certainly an asset to the Ubiquity team.

I would give a lower rating if I could. Ubiquity has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. They screwed up my account login and would then use mediocre technology to respond to my customer service complaints in a way that REQUIRED logging in to see the answer. Their technology is terrible and given their small size, their agility is...well, non-existent. They misplaced my check, sent it regular first-class mail without any tracking, and now want me to pay the $45 fee for issuing a new check, for NO fault of my own. I talked to the customer service representative on the phone (it seems they have just a couple of people on that team) and he was rude, dismissive, and completely shameless ("well, it's not our fault either"......yes, but i'm paying the fee??) I would not recommend this to ANY business, be them big or small. Look out for your employees, don't hire these guys!

Our company has been trying for 10 months to get the correct plan information for completion of the annual form 5500. Avoid them like the plague. No one can ever answer a question. They never return phone calls.

I am so happy with the service my company receives from Ubiquity, the team is responsive and could not be nicer. It's great to do business with people who not only know what they are doing, but are such nice people to work with. I recommend Ubiquity highly!
