I retired from One North Wealth Services as of 6/1 and Carrie Cline-Parker has been tireless in her efforts to process my rollover requests. I was a plan Trustee and had to be removed as such prior to being able to do the rollovers. The company owner - a fine, fine young man - in addition to being busy with client services, needed help in completing the paperwork to complete the termination and Carrie was very patient and thorough in her efforts.

Keisha has been a terrific knowledge source as I have given her a lot of questions, and she always, without fail, responds promptly and competently.
