As Plan Administrator, I have worked with Ubiquity for the past 2 and a half years and am so pleased with their service. The response is always immediate, and my Client Specialist, Meli, is tremendous in not only answering my question, but completely explaining the process so I have a better understanding of the "whats" and "why's". This has been very helpful when I have to relay answers to my employees. Also, no matter how silly or stupid I think my question is, I am never made to feel that way, She is always professional and patient. I would highly recommend Ubiquity for retirement management.

I cannot express how much I appreciate the help Ubiquity gave me when I needed to find out how to have an employee loan re-amortized. I was given correct information in a timely manner and was able to resolve an issue that had been left undone for 6 months (through no fault of Ubiquity). I appreciated their patient and positive emails. They answered every question quickly and concisely. I am impressed!!
