Good experience!
Had an issue with my calculations and the my rep jumped in to take care of them. It's great when a company works hard to make a happy customer! I am really happy with where I'm at and with the result of using Ubiquity.

Really Responsive Team Members
I really don't want to deal with the 401K requirements. Every time I reach out to Ubiquity I get very good team members who are very helpful and responsive.

Reliable customer service when you need it
The wait time before speaking to a live agent was very short. And the agent was thorough and resolved all of my questions. The email response time was pretty fast as well, I received a response within two business days.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, wait time for your own money is ridiculously high and take too many taxes out. They send your money by wire which most banks won't even except wire transfers anymore not modern day ACH payments like everyone else. You say it was a payment issue but haven't worked for that company since May so you mean to tell me they haven't paid since then shouldn't my money have already been in a trust account . Update 11/07/2025 STILL NO PAYMENT Was approved on 10/10/2025 almost 30 days later still no payment

Update 11/10/2025: Thank you for the update on your end. We received your provided address information on 10/31, and submitted your reissue request on 11/3. The replacement check was mailed via USPS on 11/5. We appreciate your patience as we coordinated funding with the plan sponsor and reissued your payment by check to ensure successful delivery. Original reply: We’re sorry for the delay and understand how stressful it can be waiting for your funds. Your distribution was delayed due to an issue with the plan’s funding process, which required additional coordination with the plan sponsor before the payment could be sent. When your bank couldn’t accept the wire, we reissued your payment by check and waived the fee to help expedite the process. Your feedback is important to us and helps us continue improving how we communicate timing and payment options so experiences like this are clearer going forward. If you need any additional support, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team.
