When I first joined my company I received the "Get Started" email to enroll. The link was dead-on-arrival, and the pw reset doesn't work. I tried calling them at about 3pm Eastern, during their stated business hours. Selected the appropriate choice, and was told via automated message that no one was available. Called back and selected the sales line, figuring that might get me to a human. Nope. Instead went some dude's voicemail. They also don't appear to answer emails. I wouldn't wish this company upon my employees, and now as I read below about the crazy fees charged (much worse than past 401ks), I'm wondering where that money goes. Aside from the mere existence of a webpage, I have no confirmation that this is an actual company.

Distribution fee is absurd, considering there were two periods of “participation fees” that were incorrect charged to my account. Find other options before strapping your employees with them.
