Easy peasy. I hired my traffic tickets almost a year ago for my cases. I had 3 citations on one ticket. Although it took about a year for them to resolve my tickets, the outcome was extremely favorable. They dismissed all of my cases and kept it away from my insurance. I ended up paying about $200 to the court, but well worth it. Give them a try, great customer service, answered all my questions, and kept me up to date.

I had a few tickets that needed to be dealt with in small towns out in the middle of nowhere over dumb citations. The process working with them to get this resolved was pretty straightforward, I pay them their expensive fees, they appear for me and follow up with me for next steps. That last piece is the part that made their service a giant waste of money. On top of the fact that they tried to sell me on the idea that I’m lucky to have to be paying these additional fees after the fact 1) they gave me no notice or enough lead time to pay the fees OR set expectations with me so I could plan in advance 2) when I tried to contact the city they said I wasn’t in the system and I should contact my lawyers to help figure it out. That’s when I stopped hearing from them completely. I called them over and over and they would put me on hold forever. I just talked to a supervisor and he basically said “it will keep you on hold until someone picks up” so their excuse for customer service is all predicated on how long you’re willing to wait. Then he tried to be “helpful” and he said “he THINKS” I might be able to still pay the expensive fine without additional consequences but he wasn’t sure. In my opinion, paying someone to represent you legally should not be taken lightly and you should go with an organization that understand that customer service and quality work are critical for working with customers in a legal manner. And at minimum they should be able to understand where there customer liabilities are, “i think” and “pretty sure” is not good enough. I don’t get the feeling that they care enough about their customers to help us come out successfully.

Saved me over over $400, a trip out of the city, a day off of work and it’s not even on my driving record ! Thank you!!

It will always suck to go to court but the lawyer did he’s job and everything went well, he was polite and answered all my questions. Great job!

Gabby and of course the attorney who handled our case were great, keeping us updated and continuing to work with the courts to get our ticket dismissed. They succeeded and we are very thankful to them!
