Ordered tickets 1 month ago,its one day before the show and have not received tickets in email,have called twice and sent emails,emails were responded to fairly quickly but did not provide any information as to when the tickets would arrive,the email senders name was Sean m. The first phone call (2 days after supposed ticket delivery date) I was told that the tickets would be released 48 hrs prior to show. It's one day before and have received nothing. I called this morning and was transferred to a different company that handles the tickets because there were "no managers available", then on the transferred phone call I was told that if I did not receive the tickets "then we would take it from there" when I asked what take it from there involved I could not get an honest answer but instead received a stand offish response and because the woman was not pleased with my attitude she then hung up on the phone call,I still have no tickets and now wondering if I'm out for $1,600 bucks. Not a good feeling, esp. When I purchased these tickets as a gift so therefore I'll probably end up buying tickets again from somewhere else. It's up to you if you want to purchase from them or not but I'm definitely not doing this again and if I were you,just save yourself the anxiety and buy somewhere else. I know most of us work hard for our money no need to just hand it over to scumbags,happened to me and I'm sure I'm not the first just don't let it happen to you to.

Scam artists! Ordered tickets for an event, 4 weeks later the order was still showing as in process with zero confirmation whether tickets have been secured or not. They removed payment from my account immediately, however I never received what I ordered! Upon reaching out to them in regards to this order and requesting a cancellation since I never received any confirmation whatsoever, they refused to process a refund. Now I'm taking legal action through my credit card company and will pursue further action if it is not resolved immediately. Absolutely do not use these people!

BUYER BEWARE!! If i could rate this agency negative stars i would. This ticket aganecy is a joke! Bought tickets to a concert 3 months ago. Concert is in 48 hours. Still have not received tickets. Called a week ago to see where they were and was hung up on. I promise you i wasnt rude or vulgar. I even sent emails and they were never respond to. I was told that if they didnt come by the 18th to call again. Well i just did and when i said “well ive read some pretty sh**** reviews” the lady sheena on the phone claimed that it was my second time “cursing” and that she was going to hang up on me again. And that she sees my attitude is why i was hung up on before. Regardless, what kind of ticket company waits until 48-24 before event to release tickets you bought months ago?!?! I couldn't stress enough about how anxious i was getting. I asked for a rough time i would receieve them today And was told to just call back the next day if i hadn’t received them. Not to mention the tickets were 3X MORE then anywhere else. Just do youself a favour and dont book or buy through this company. You wont be happy. Look at the reviews before purchase. I regret this so much.

The absolute worst. I hate this company. Paid $80 more than we should have. Thanks a lot mytickettracker.

What a swindle. Service fee on each ticket is absolutely outrageous. Can't get through on the phone and emails aren't delivered.

Can't wait for this one. Well, I can. And did. About 2.5 hours on a 48 hour holiday, to be exact. These clowns either don't know how to work a computer, or are running on Window's '95. I was hung up on twice, asked elementary questions about checking email, and was never handed to anyone who could get the job done. I was asked to download two apps, create three accounts, download 6 empty files, and when asked about compensation, they gave me a $25 dollar rebate that I ended up having to sign up for a promotional card to get (didn't do that). Did I get the tickets in the end? Yes. They were screenshots from some guy's phone that were then sent to me mere minutes before the game. This was after we missed dinner, after we were late getting downtown, and after I had talked to three people and burned valuable (and rare) vacation time.

Son-in-law purchased tickets to Brantley Gilbert in Salem VA. He bought floor tickets thinking they'd be closer - especially since the cost through this site was about $78/ticket (minus fees). Got the tickets, and they had been purchased by this company from Ticketmaster (printed on the tickets) for $34.75/ticket. Over $380 for 4 tickets that were $35 at the actual venue. That's over 100% profit + ridiculous "fees" for sending an email (self-printing tickets)! This type of "re-selling" should be against the law. CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED.

I ordered tickets for basketball games, and received a confirmation email without tickets. I called up 1 hour before the game, and the customer service said the order was canceled. She said either refund or change to another seat, and I chose to change to a worse location with the same price. Then she put me on hold for 40 min without any response!!! I have to use another phone to call again to solve the problem. Fortunately I got my tickets a couple min before the game starts, and I found that they bought these tickets from another website. They offered no compensation, even no apology. Worst experience ever!!!
