THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM POSING AS THE VENUE THAT I THOUGHT I WAS PURCHASING THE TICKETS FROM. THE PRICE WAS DOUBLE DUE TO THEIR RIDICULOUS SERVICE FEES {$165 FOR 2 TICKETS AND THATS ONLY THE SERVICE FEE PLUS $15 FOR DELIVERY). I WENT TO THE VENUE TO COMPLAIN AND THEY SAID IT IS NOT THEIR SITE AND THE SITE IS POSING. I CALLED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO STOP THE CHARGES. DO NOT EVER USE THIS SITE.

Currently missing the Taylor Swift concert as they never arrived... I spent multiple hours on the phone with the company and they continued to tell me I would have the tickets by show time. On the receipt it said I would have them guaranteed by 3 days before the concert. So now I’m out money and no concert. What a scam! They should be looked into for the scam that they are running.

I never received my tickets by email. I thoroughly searched. When I called on a Sunday, just a few hours before the event, no one picked up the phone. I missed the event and out of $266. The company doesn’t have a plan to address errors like this. I would not use them. Businesses like this tend to be low life. This one is subterranean.

These Company con artist they say that tickets are cheap price when we got your tickets show the different price on there and then double double markup They charge me $95 per ticket when I got my tickets to the mail it shows $55 then they charge me a $55 service fee when I called to match casino they only charge $5 for a service fee and the tickets are $60 for front row don't us MY TICKET TRACKER.COM. And when I told him about it didn't care They said oh well

Unfortunately I did not check out this company and it's reviews before purchasing 4 tickets to the Cubs vs. Giants game this past weekend. After calling customer service we finally received our tickets 5 hours before the game started. When we went to enter the game 2 out of the 4 of us were able to get in, the other 2 tickets had been resold. Leaving half of our party outside. We had to once again get a hold of customer service and get the phone number for the seller, meet them (very shady characters) outside the venue and they handed over 2 more tickets. Needless to say we all missed the start of the game and having general admission tickets made it very challenging to find 4 seats together. Very disappointing experience for the price paid!!

Horrible customer service and false advertisement of their tickets. They sold me a parking pass that was advertised as GA and didn't realize it was parking until I paid for and downloading the ticket.

Bought on SCOREBIG STAY AWAY. I ordered two tickets for a Yankee game. The tickets said they WERE included in the Jim Beam Suite. When I got to the stadium, the “seats” were in the handicapped section with folding chairs and the seats were BEHIND the Jim Beam Suite. The attendant told me my seats were NOT included in the suite. Ticket face value was $31 and I almost paid $100. Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. This company is a complete scam and ScoreBig won’t even help me.

do not use My Ticket Tracker - bought 5 tickets that I knew was going to be little more than the actual face value of the tickets - tickets came to me an I received the 5 tickets @ 89.00 each ( U.S ) the cost that came off my Visa was $2,110.00 ( Canadian ) this site that handles the transactions - should be ashamed of themselves - i will make it my mission to tell anyone and everyone NOT TO USE THIS SITE ( it should be shutdown at once )
