I bought tickets to Paul McCartney - or at least I thought I did...I was on the Ticketmaster site and for some reason, I was taken to this site to make my purchase. I didn't realize it at the time, but I was being totally scammed. Two days ago I checked in to get my mobile code (because my email confirmation said I would have the code within 24-48 hours). Of course it wasn't there, so I called and talked to "Ashley" who sent me a nice sounding email about how she was happy to help. My mobile tickets would be arriving anytime....well, today is the concert and, surprise! - No TICKETS! So now I'm on the phone with them and they are giving me the run around saying that the California office isn't open yet. So as of 8:01 pm, they assure me I will be getting my money back when the codes don't arrive. Stay tuned folks...

Horrible experience!!! TOTAL RIPOFF!!! Paid $633 for 3 tickets $211 per person ($161 for ticket plus service fee and delivery fee) to Bruno Mars and then when the tickets came, they had a face value of $59.50 and the seats were in the nosebleed section. Claims that they are upfront that the tickets you purchase can be above or below the face value of the ticket. WHAT??? How is this even legal???? DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS THROUGH THIS SITE. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!!!!

Do not purchase anything from this company!! I purchased three tickets to a concert and received an email and phone call a few hours later saying the tickets were not available! The guy tried to get me to purchase more tickets at a higher cost. I refused. He told me that the original charge was a pre authorization and I would have my money back in a few days. 7 days later and no refund! I called PayPal and it was in fact a CHARGE! Not a pre authorization! So now I have to file a dispute to get my money back! So basically every agent that I’ve spoken with in 7 days has lied to me! I will never ever use this company again! Only Ticketmaster and Stubhub!

I thought I was buying from the venue, when I searched for tickets online. I was surprised when I later called the venue for help and learned they are not affiliated. I made a mistake in my purchase, and this company in not only unwilling to help me, they are unwilling to deliver tickets to me that are already available directly from the venue. The tickets are available now for a show in 2019. MyTicketTracker.com will not deliver my tickets until May 26, 2019, and, after reading others' reviews, my confidence is low on how this will turn out. My credit card company cannot help me, because I did make the purchase. Every customer service rep at mytickettracker.com reiterates the no exchanges, no returns policy. I've called multiple times. I've had one kind representative, but most are condescending and unhelpful.

Wish I read these reviews first. I thought I was purchasing from Box Office Sales. But through them I was directed to TicketTracker. I was just on the phone with them for 40 minutes because my tickets were not emailed to me. The Rep retried several times. We finally had to have them sent to my husband’s email. He was a bit impatient and condescending. Then the tickets would not print. He basically told my husband maybe he didn’t know how to use our printer. We asked if he could send them through as a barcode. He said no, they only sent tickets to get printed because that’s how tickets get stolen. Funny that Ticketmaster and other big ticket sales do this. When we were finally able to get the tickets printed, I was told to hold for a $25 rebate. I thought for all the trouble and my time that it was nice that I was getting something toward another concert. Instead I was transferred to someone trying to sell me a Big Fun Membership. So annoyed! Will not use this seller again. I get tickets from Ticketmaster within minutes and put them in my AppleWallet immediately. Waste of my hour.

Can I give them less than 1? I purchased tickets for a show that was postponed. At first they told me that they'd refund me then after waiting 2 weeks for a refund said to wait for the reschedule date. After calling the venue they told me the owner of the original tickets would have to call to reschedule the tickets.(they got their money already) You'd think Mytickettracker would have known that 6 weeks ago when I could have ordered better seats then the ones I purchased on my own and now I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. I will only buy direct from the venue from now on- thanks mytickettracker....

This company has terrible customer service and bad policies. The company will take your money and sell tickets to poor quality seats with completely obstructed views. The company and the venue I attended a show at played the blame game about who was obligated to disclose that the view was obstructed.
