Everyone was completely rude ! They sold me invalid tickets and said it was my fault . I will NEVER buy from this company again ! I when they did try to get me new tickets I didn’t want to go anymore for it’s was almost over and the customer service repeatedly called me and tried to get me to scan the trickers to see if they work , I guess to try to say I went . Just all around horrible !!! DONT BUY FROM THEM !

Purchased 3 tickets to a Billie Eilish concert in Phoenix 4 months prior to the concert date and was sent multiple emails about confirmation of tickets and that an email with e-ticket delivery would be sent 3 days prior to show. When no email arrived, we called 1 day prior to show. They said we did not have tickets confirmed and that they would refund our $. After 4 months and continual emails indicating we had tickets, we are out of luck. They did nothing to fix the issue. The show is now sold out and we can't get tickets anywhere. I will wait for the refund to be credited back to me, but I'm even hesitate that it won't happen.

I bought two tickets to the twenty one pilots concert for over $600. We arrived with the tickets and was told they were refunded and invalid. I had to buy more tickets at the last minute from the box office so my daughter could see her favorite band. Now, I can't get a refund or get a hold of anyone.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. 1st strike - I purchase tickets and they contact me that due to a technical oversight they are no longer available. 2nd strike - They deliver the tickets 'day of' hours before the concert 3rd strike - The tickets were fake

Horrible experience. We bought 4 tickets for the Raptors vs Boston game in Toronto October 19th via eventticketcenter.com 2 months before the game. Delivery of e-tickets was guaranteed for October 16th, so 3 days before the event. We travelled from Germany to Toronto. Nothing had happened by October 16th. After numerous unanswered emails and phone calls, we finally got the tickets 3 hours (!) before the event. The actual ticket seller turned out to be mytickettracker.com. They have never responded to any of my email requests. FInally the tickets were delivered through Ticketmaster?! No excuses, no explanations why we had to wait until 3 hrs before the game. This whole ticket selling system in Canada/US is a complete mess and open to fraud, as can be easily seen when looking at reviews here. Mytickettracker should no longer be a collaborator for any ticket selling platform!

I purchased two tickets To see twenty one pilots on October 23, 2018 and both were $187 totaling out to $374 after tax and other fines. I am unfortunately unable to go, so I tried to resell the tickets, which i originally bought on ticket liquidator and while filling out the ticket in formation I realized my order didn’t have a seat number. I didn’t actually get the tickets yet I just had the order information and it said that my tickets would be sent to me October 19 via flash tickets. The order included the row and the section that I was in So it didn’t even cross my mind to check seat numbers. I haven’t gotten my tickets but now I’m worrying that I’ll either not get them, get them and go and the tickets aren’t real or get them and there is just no seat numbers. what I don’t understand is how could they even sell them without having the seat numbers present? i’ve been trying to contact the seller, who I realized was another ticket site (my ticket tracker) and after I contacted them MANY Times without getting an answer, I started reading reviews and am starting to come to the harsh reality that I probably got scammed and lost $374.
