I wanted to take my folks to a Fleetwood Mac concert at the Bell MTS Centre in Winnipeg in April while they were in town visiting. The concert got cancelled and postponed to November, when none of us were in town. Myticketracker refused to refund us the tickets and wanted to charge a commission to post them for resale. They kept us on the phone, usually on hold, for two hours trying to get any sort of resolution none came. We have contacted Fleetwood Mac and Bell MTS Centre. It appears these guys were masquerading as official sellers, but were little more than scalpers buying tickets on mass and then re-selling them at false prices (they charged us in American dollars for the price, even though it was not mentioned that the funds would be American, and we naturally assumed they would be Canadian since the event was in Canada). Avoid these guys at all costs!

Are you kidding me? How are these people still in business and have not been formally charged with fraud? I bought two “tickets” from them for a concert that was not even real!! It was going to be months later! Better Business Bureau here I come as well as reporting then to Facebook and the cops Do not buy from them!

I bought 2 tickets for a rule Intentions in Chicago Illinois and didn’t get confirmation Instead I received parking codes so I have to buy new tickets Don’t buy anything with them is not trustworthy lucky me I bought them with pay pal they always help . Bad experience

Really wish I would’ve checked the reviews firsr! Purchased tickets through cheaptickets.com and unfortunately they fulfilled it. They are 20 mins from the stadium, won’t allow refunds, and won’t simply scan and email a pdf of the ticket. If I had knows they were so far from the stadium I never would’ve bought these. Plans went from taking the el to the stadium to now having to figure out how to travel 4+ miles to this random location for our tickets. Terrible experience. All I want is a refund so I can buy tickets from the stadium. I’ll never make this mistake again.

Terrible company, they sold us tickets to a concert and then when the concert was cancelled they refused to refund. They even hung up my call. The worst customer service experience ever.

Thanks for taking $250 out of my account for the tickets I purchased. I figured out your website was a scam a week before my concert. I bought tickets through the venues site and they were $29 all together. Got to the venue, and I was on will call from those tickets. Shame on you all!

Terrible service and would not recommend this company to anyone. I was supposed to have received an email for my tickets on March 22. It is now March 29 and I still have not received my tickets. The concert I was supposed to go to is tomorrow... I've called twice and emailed back and forth a couple of times too, just to find out nothing. They don't know when my tickets will arrive either. First they said Thursday, they didn't come. Then I called back today and they said they'd arrive tomorrow (the day of the event). I don't trust them and have requested my money back. I've not heard back from them. I did find tickets elsewhere on Stub Hub, that were better seating, for cheaper price. I bought those tickets 5 minutes ago and have already received them... Something tells me My Ticket Tracker scammed me and stole my money...

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I spent over $400 on tickets. They sent me the wrong tickets for $80 & no one could help me, refund me, email me the correct order or anything. It is a scam & doesn’t even derserve one star. I filed for a court hearing. This business needs to be shut down. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. EVER. They’re all terrible people.
