I paid two tickets. That company stole me madram only one, I called them on the day of the show all day to send the other and did not send me. I paid for 2 and they sent me 1. I had to pay another ticket for 300 dollars. I had to enter the 9 If the event was started 7:30 it was very difficult to find another ticket. I was supposed to prosecute this junk company I paid the other ticket was stolen. I called them along with the guy who is in the box in the red rocks he talked to them to send the other ticket a lot of time and they did not insist they had 2 more the guy was with the axs system open, always had only 1 ticket . Not two the way they are insisting. I want my money back I had to buy another. What gets paid they robbed me of a ticket. My friends and I will never buy tickets from them. This is not done with anyone. My girlfriend and I wanted to go together. Just had a ticket. We passed the ticket. They did not let us enter just one. We had to buy another one.

We bought tickets through ticketsmarter.com from the seller "mytickettracker.com" for Game 6 of the Stanley Cup playoffs 2 weeks before the game. We were charged for the tickets and were told they would be delivered on the day of the game. The game was at 7 PM, and we received an email to download the tickets at 6 PM. We immediately clicked the ticket link to "Claim Your Tickets" which redirected us to a ticketmaster page telling us these tickets had already been claimed by another email address. I called their "customer support" and spent 50 minutes on the phone with them. They said that we probably downloaded it with another account or blah blah blah. Put me on hold for 10 minutes. I need to continue looking at this. Unbelievable. Their resolution: we have to open an investigation to figure out who accepted these tickets, and we don't have any tickets we can offer to replace these. So basically... you're *** out of luck. It's unbelievable to me that these ticket brokers get away with this. Additionally, upon reviewing the seats they had allocated to us via their email, THE SEATS DON'T EVEN EXIST! The row indicated in the seats is a fake row.

If I could give them a zero, I would. I bought tickets and got several emails saying the tickets were “ready to be claimed” but the link would either not work or take me to a page that said there were no tickets available. I called several times and they always had a new excuse and promised another email with the tickets. I checked my inbox, spam, clutter, junk multiple times and no such email ever arrived. I complained since my credit card was charged and I never got the tickets. Their reply to me was "As per the statements displayed at checkout, all sales are final. By placing your order, you agreed to our terms and conditions. We are unable to provide refunds, exchanges or returns per this policy" Hope this spares other people the pain and anguish I endured over these. It was a birthday present for my wife. I don’t know how the purchase didn’t trigger a fraud warning on my cc after seeing so many people experiencing the same issue.

Total Scam!!!! I got tickets to see Celine Dion in Vegas, ticket never arived!!! And when I send an e-mail I never got an awnser. I wish I knew this before i ordered my ticket!!!

I bought Ariana Grande concert tickets for today...I called the venue and they said my tickets had been canceled...I called my ticket tracker and they have not helped me I asked for a refund and I'm just getting the run around. I bought these tickets in February and my daughters and I have been waiting this long just for my tickets to not be available and I paid $400

I wish I could give 0 stars. DO NOT use this venue. They do not release the tickets in a reasonable amount of time and they will not make concessions for if you need to travel for a show. I just spent $800 for tickets to a show that is 6 hours from my house and I can't get my tickets because they will not release them for shipping until 2 days before the show. Ridiculous!!

Save yourself the trouble and buy tickets elsewhere. Since I hadn’t received tickets, the transaction was basically null. They refused. When I brought up the negative reviews I saw online with one of the service reps, she got so nasty about it that I immediately knew I had to contact my credit card company. STAY AWAY THIS WEBSITE IS FRAUD!. I bought two tickets that costed over 100 dollars after all there fees, and they gave me TWO PARKING TICKETS. I spoke with the representative and manager and they refused to give a refund. How is this website still up?!? Why would I want parking tickets?!
