I just shared the review directly below but wanted to give some info for anyone else caught up with this non-company's (I can't even call them a real company cause they're not) scams, you need to file a complaint with your states Attorney General through their website. They have a complaint section. And AG's are voracious! Second, you need to file a complaint with the FTC. Go to the FTC website and look for the ftccomplaintassistant link. Enough reporting will help STOP this company. I found a complaint on another "review website" SAFEWEB.NORTON from 7 years ago! These guys have been getting away with it for that long. We all have to report it to and make enough noise to do any good. Please help.

If there was a O that would be the rating for this company! They are the biggest rip off! My son got an error message and thought the order did not go through. I ended up purchasing his tickets from another venue. After the concert started the tickets came through and $165.00 was taken out of my sons account and a ticket was purchased! Of course he didn't need it, he already had a ticket by then and he was at the concert! I went through 2 mangers and sat on hold for 1 hour and 4 mins to get the answer that they would only offer a $50.00 courtesy refund. Not OK! I am disputing the charge through my bank and filing a case with the BBB. Don't buy anything from this company!!!!!!!

Zero stars lost $254 and missed show. We ordered Hootie & the Blowfish tickets in Dec from mytickettracker.com, paid $254 and never received an email with our tickets. We received an email stating that we would be receiving our tickets & to look for an email with the subject line "Your Ticket Transfer Offer". Never received this email. We tried calling multiple times before the show & never got through to someone. It turns out the tickets were sent with a different subject line titled: "Nick sent you tickets" which we didn't open and missed the show and lost our money. This company doesn't know what they are doing, service is horrible & I don't recommend you use them.

Doesn’t let me give 0 stars or I would! Here is my response this morning to an email I received from them yesterday morning at 6:23 am...13 hours before the concert! Absolutely 100% infuriated and disappointed. After many phone calls and emails to you since Monday, July 1 with constant reassurance that I would have my tickets to the Shawn Mendes concert last night, NO TICKETS! How in the world you can run a business and not come through with customer service and product is beyond my belief! You disappointed two teenage girls who were given these tickets to celebrate special occasions (one a birthday and the other a graduation). I hope the person/people reading this have children of their own and can imagine the disappointment for these kids. These tickets were purchased back in September and a good amount of money was spent on them! Not even any sort of follow up from you to check in or follow up on the problem. Not only was it a disappointment, but it was 5 days for me of anxiety and stress. Over $1,000 in this purchase and now I need to work on a dispute with my credit card...so more work on my end. The pivotal moment was when I was beginning to get anxious and decided to look at your companies reviews...this is something you apparently do regularly since 95% of them were terrible and consistent with my experience. In the end lashing out does not seem to do much as your business runs like this, but know I will be taking action and writing a review to add to the many other negative reviews on you. I will be getting a refund, never using your service again and hopefully I am able to make this up to these two girls. Thank you for the lack of sleep for a couple of nights, the long phone calls and stress for five days, which is not a big deal to you apparently! Horrible, horrible, horrible experience and LACK of customer service on your end.

Despicable, Liars, Cheats, Frauds, You've got to be crazy to deal with this company. They should be shut down and if you refuse to do business with these crooks they will die and go away a benefit to us all..

Can’t be trusted ;ask for a refund for a event that was sold improperly and they would not refund..don’t waste your time

AWFUL! DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY! They sold Me fraudulent tickets to Billie Eilish in Boston.= and are not refunding my money!!!!!

1 star is too much. First off, the site I used was superseatsnew.com. This site no longer exists. I noticed on my email that it says myticketracker.com as well. I paid over $700 each for Rolling Stones tickets at the end of the stage walk out. The map back in November when I bought my tickets listed this Section as H. I selected my seats using the interactive map(the itemized blue dots). I have a copy of the old map even. Now, the map shows Section H in the far back corner and the Section where I clicked my seats back in November is now labeled as Section K. I contacted them and they claim the sections did not change and all sales are final. But comparing the map I printed in November 2018 and now, you can see the changes. I am very picky when I buy concert tickets and I definitely remember buying tickets in the section at the end of the walk out. I would not have bothered to buy tickets in the section I am in now. Tickets in this H section are hundreds of dollars cheaper than what I paid. Now I am just praying that these tickets actually work for this highly overpriced crappy section after reading other reviews. I will now only buy from Stubhub, Ticketmaster, or SeatGeek. Buyer Beware!
