Llevo intentando que me contesten a los correos tres semanas y nada. Me siento estafado y encima Paypal les da la razón. Necesito cancelar el pedido o que me solucionen mi problema.

Honestly, save your time and use any other website or option with purchasing tickets. Trust me. It will save so much of your time and you'll avoid the ignorance once you actually receive "customer support" on their end. The staff were difficult to talk with as they continued to talk over me, were condescending, and were very rude. The tickets were purchased for an out of province concert where I wasn't able to receive a refund as it was "rescheduled". But after calling numerous times, now apparently I've been told that a refund was possible. I received different information from each staff member, the communication was awful and poor organization. They know how to take your money that's for sure. I'm ashamed to say that companies like this still exist.

This website is a co artist didn't get the date of the event. I called and go no where. Be aware of my ticket tracker.

BUYER BEWARE of this company FRAUD - they are SELLING BOGUS tickets!!! I'VE REPORTED THEM AS FRAUD - We purchased over $900 of tickets for the Rolling Stones Concert in Pasadena last night (8-22-19) and the tickets were rejected at the gate. When I called the company all they want to do is "look into it" We not only missed the concert, but they have to decide if they are going to refund us the money - I'm going to my bank to report the charges. - YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!

BEWARE !! I bought 4 Stones tickets $4132.00. 8 months before the concert./ 20 hours before the concert they informed me they can't find tickets , they offer me general admission with a 400$ refund . I WAS IN THE 25 ROW ! now they want to refund my 4132$ or give me general admission ! I'm usually pretty savey on scams although I feel so stupid they got me . I'm sure this company markets your tickets for sale then reimburses your money a day before the event. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Bought three tickets for the August 10 Khalid concert at the TD Garden back in April. Paid over $698 and only received one ticket via email. I called and in July and customer service said they said that sometimes one code is good for more than one ticket but she’d look into it for me and get back to me. She never did get back to me, so I assumed everything was all set. Fast forward to the night of the concert... we’re at the venue ready to be admitted and we only have one ticket!!! I was furious. Called My Ticket Tracker and they told me to forward the ticket to an email address so that they could investigate the problem. Wouldn’t you know my emails were returned/not deliverable. And when I tried calling the phone just rang for 20 minutes. No one ever picked up. Will NEVER purchase from this business again.

We have bought 6 tickets via MyTicketTracker.com for the Pink Martini concert on July 6, 2019. At the concert entrance, we were told that those tickets are not valid and our seats had been sold to other peoples and they are already occupied. You can imagine our disappointment; after paying $1037.04, driving 8 hours from New York to Montreal with friends, renting a place to stay, dressing up, going to that concert, and finding out we cannot get in! I contacted the merchant on 07/06/2019, from the concert hall once Maison Symphonique rejected our tickets saying that they are fake; they told us that tickets have been sold by resellers several times and other people have occupied our seats. The merchant told us that they will follow up and refund us. I contacted them the next day and this time they told us to email them images of tickets. I emailed them ticket pictures and did not get any response. I checked on the Internet the merchant review to confirm that they have done this to many people. I filed official complaints to prevent them to continue their scam.

Sucks that I have to give any stars. Scammed into purchasing from them. Haven't received tickets which were supposed to be delivered electronically. They've told Paypal that they have proof of sending the tickets, but I haven't received them, they don't answer their phone and they don't return messages. I will file a small court claim if I don't get my tickets soon. I am also never using Paypal again, they are complicit in this theft of my money.
