I bought my tickets back in May for the Jonas brothers as a present for my kids through Event tickets which redirected me to ticket trackers! I received an email stating I would receive my tickets on 10/4. I NEVER received my tickets so I called and was told they gave my seats away and will have to give me new seats! Of course I agreed and was told I would receive my tickets in 20mins. I waited 40mins to give them the benefit of the doubt and still didn’t receive my tickets! I called again and was told the seller left for the night and sent them an urgent email to send my tickets! I was told by Alexander (put me on hold and I swear another person was on the phone w/ me! The voice was completely different!!) that I was guaranteed my tickets before the event so I asked him what happens if they sent my tickets at the time of the event and I can’t print them. Per Alexander I can print them at kinko, library etc! So now I have to leave the area find a printer while the event is going on and miss the concert. All Alexander kept saying is you will get the tickets before the show time that’s guaranteed!!! While all this was going on in the background ALL I hear is them partying I ask what was going on in the background and he tells me that they’re having a raffle 3 rows behind him and he’s sitting in the lounge!! What kind of business is this!!! STAY AWAY FROM EVENT TICKETS AND TICKET TRACKERS!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!!

I should've read the reviews before I bought tickets through this 'company'. The tickets doubled in price, plus an $8.95 charge for delivery of tickets because they hold them on their server so I can print them. Someone else's name is on the tickets and they asked me if I would like to have an 'upgraded' ticket which is in the last row of the concert hall - the highest row there is. I will be placing a complaint to the BBB. This scam needs to be shut down.

I never write reviews but I feel I have to. I purchased one ticket to watch a show. The show was on a Saturday afternoon and I purchased the ticket in the morning. I received the email stating the payment for ticket and to wait and I would receive another email regarding the ticket. I never did. I showed up at the box office hoping to receive information about the ticket. I clicked on the area that stated to check on delivery. Nothing. It told me to contact a number if I had issues. I did and was on hold for 40 minutes to no avail. I had to purchase another ticket for the event. I emailed them on Monday to state that I never received my ticket. They responded with yes we sent it to you. I called them and the person on the phone transferred me to someone who started yelling at me. I could not get a word in. He then told you never called on Saturday because I was here and we don't put anyone on hold. He was correct. I did not call that number because the email instructed me to call another number. The person that put yelled at me was so rude and disrespectful. And he went on to tell me that I could dispute with paypal but I was going to lose. I told him "I never received a ticket!" "Check your spam!" he replied. I told him I did and there was not anything there. He was so rude and so disrespectful.

This place should have minus stars! They sent my tickets to the wrong email address THEIR FAULT and I called 10 times. They never resent my tickets correctly. They suck! Lame. I got screwed out of seeing the concert. Now to dispute this with my cc company. Thanks a lot losers!

Buyer Beware! redirected from Madison Square "BoxOffice". Total Scalper Scam... you will get tickets in original purchasers name! 5 Times the price. My foolish mistake...don't make it yours..

Night before kid rock at DTE and they still don't have my tickets I purchased 5 months ago. Total run around. Worst company ever. Buyer beware!

The only reason your getting one star is because there’s not a place for no stars! Paid a couple of hundreds of dollars for my daughter to see Backstreet Boys for her 21st birthday, and these tickets were so bad that all we seen was the back of the stage!! The seating was not where it was Suppose to be and there’s were tv monitors and curtains blocking the entire view of the opening act and then on the main act all we seen were a few glimpses of their backs! She was shaking she was so happy, and crying because she didn’t get to see them! Thanks for messing up her first concert experience, her 21st birthday, and our night!
