MytickettrackerReviews of mytickettracker.com

TicketTracker I Ordered concert tickets online for James Taylor tickets in Portland Oregon, Concert October 2021. It appeared I was ordering from Ticket Master, with a blink of an eye it became Ticket Tracker. I filed several complaints with Palpal, because I have no tickets. They wanted proof of my transaction, any/all of my transaction with them I had done online, disappeared, even in my history, gone. I got nothing to show for my $600.00. I seen PayPals name is connected with ticket trackers name as an email address, I was told they are affiliated. They Got my money I got no tickets, no refund.

Paid $494 for VIP access/seats at DTE. Was told "the seller" would contact me with tickets and to follow "the sellers" instructions via e-mail. Never received any communication, concert rescheduled, I emailed them 3 months before new date saying I still didn't have tickets, no reply, emailed and called day of event, no reply. The only tracking provided says that "the transfer was completed." I gave up after reading the other reviews on here. Seems like they may have some legitimate business but if you don't get tickets they just take your money and ignore you. Just buy tickets from a venue or real merchant.

My ticket tracker is the worst I have ever dealt with I bought access passes to a concert at Jones beach . What I received was two parking passes. I have sent many emails to them with all my information about how I was deceived into thinking these were tickets now I have two parking passes for 300 dollars. . They will not help me . Do not buy from this site they are crooks ! I’m looking into legal ways to resolve this

They can only reach me by email and they stupidly changed the email address I gave them, dramatically different. Paid for tickets, never got them, drove to the game, 7 hours, missed the game. Their customer service lines NEVER answer. NEVER, - 4 hours listening to their stupid music. Trying to get my money back but not very hopeful. They are dishonest!!

If there was a zero star I would pick that! SCAMMERS! My father Purchased 3 tickets to a game for my birthday and never got the tickets(they were even etickets). Tried to call many times and waited over an hour with no response! Call almost everyday still no response. We never received an email for the tickets but it said our tickets were ready and downloaded. We had to call our bank to dispute those purchases!

I purchased tickets to Hamilton through BigStub, and MyTicketTracker.com was supposed to send me an email with the electronic tickets. I never received them. I called MyTicketTracker and waited on hold for 2.5 hours, emailed, used their website, NO RESPONSE. I've failed a fraud claim with PayPal, so hopefully will get a refund. Many here on TrustPilot have said they are scammers. I guess I've been scammed.

Horrible, no help, no answers via phone or e-mail. T
