Jason was very courteous and helpful.

If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. This site suckers you in with very low rates then the status remains as pending until you call and then amazingly those low cost seats booked, but they now have a seat available for $60 more. Then they tell you, you can cancel, but that’s not true, unless you want to lose all the money they just charged you and receive a $10 credit. This is a scam and a joke and I will NEVER use them again and would caution anyone else from using them either.

John was fantastic finding a replacement Flight when the airlines updated their pricing.
