This is one of the best phone bookings I’ve ever done. Jerry was very helpful easy to understand and knowledgeable for what I needed. I wish every time I placed a booking it was this good. Or maybe I’ll just call Jerry back

I called MyTicketDeal.com to see if I could change my existing scheduled flight from Saturday to Friday. I spoke with a sales representative named John. He was professional and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what to do and did it efficiently. I honestly thought I would have to pay something for the change, but to my excitement, there was no extra charge! In under 15 minutes, he had taken care of me. John, thank you so much. You not only brought joy to me, but to another family member! God bless you John!
