Booked a flight for my son at 2am! After waiting 5-10 minutes for the system to confirm & verify the purchase, I noticed there was an issue. I contacted support at MyTicketDeal and Jason T. kindly informed me that particular flight had sold out. Due to it being so early in the morning their IT department was closed and unable to remove it from their website. I want to thank Jason T. for all of his help, going above and beyond to find me a replacement flight! I'm excited to spend my son's 21st with him!

Trust me I made a promise to myself never to fly Frontier again but I gave them a second chance and they totally messed up my flight and I am at the airport for my flight to Philly and they had changed my flight unbeknownst to me the December 22 and for me to get on a flight today I have to pay $99 extra. So not nice. Going back to southwest. Sorry I have to give them a star. They do not deserve that star. Rewarding them for bad performance
