Nr 1 free upgrade Nr 2 quick help from the service people if I ha a problem with scanner they are replaying very quickly and trying to help Nr 3 good price Nr 4 is nice not to small not to big easy to fit in my luggage I travel a lot UK Poland and always keep my scanner with me

Thinkcar 689BT Great machine for the money and has many of the features of the more expensive scanners. Tough build and comes with some accessory leads and a nice case. Impressed with the online customer services, always quick to respond 24/7 and seem to know how to help. Layout/menus do differ between car models which can at times be confusing but once you get the hand of it it works well. Scans fast, key programing only works on some models which is a shame, For me im happy with my purchase and the lifetime updates are real without conditions. Thinkcar do have a list of vehicle compatibility which should be read, although since purchase cars I could not read have since been available due to updates so can't moan. 👍

The support team makes this tool one of the best on the market. They're always there to happy to help and take feedback.
