Not user friendly, unable to get online help, I want to return, and request a Full refund, can't get any body to call me, I think I was scamed.

I bought the ThinkDiag 2 to replace my ThinkDiag 1, expecting an upgrade. Unfortunately, some functions I used with the ThinkDiag 1 are no longer available, including ELV-related functions. I could not find any clear and exhaustive information warning buyers about these missing functions before purchase. I bought the new generation expecting more, and discovered it can actually do less than the old one for some operations. Had I known this before purchasing, I would not have bought the ThinkDiag 2.

Всё очень плохо, они сначала продают свои сканеры а потом хотят тянуть деньги с клиентов, по 79уе, за продление подписки,никому не советую связываться с этой компанией,тем более, что сейчас уже давно все делают без продления, деньги берут только за обновления, очень жаль, что они так поступают. Да и телефона для связи у них нет, попробуй потом решить с ними вопросы милион раз будешь отзывы писать в надежде что они пошевелятся, они вымогают шантажом у клиентов отзывы, это я вам точно говорю, сегодня сам на своей шкуре испытал, поэтому писал хороший отзыв, а когда вопрос мой не решился, только за деньги сказали, я удалил отзыв, теперь у меня их сканер, будет валяться как кирпич, а так то за него отдавал около 8000,вот так вот.

Company lies,makes false promises and retracts functions from their products.. DO NOT BUY from them..!!!!!!

Update tool never would connect to device. Tried multiple USB cables and other options. You can tell this is low quality CHino stuff. Reverse engineering at it's finest. Difficult, frustrating and a waste of large amounts of time! Don't bother.

I purchased my 892BT in oct 25. I was told that I was buying the top of the line and included lifetime upgrades. There was talk of the Tapology update happening in the next couple of months after some testing, so before my return window closed with amazon I contacted Mucar. They assured me that Tapology would be an included update if the testing was successful. I contacted them several times over the next couple of months and I always got the same song and dance. Finally in may or so they were done with their testing. Thats when they gave me a definate NO to TAPOLOGY. They said I needed to buy the 892BT PRO. Same hardware the I paid $600 for. But now it was the PRO. I have not gotten one uldate in 8 months. MUCAR are LIARS! They jerked me around for 6 months promissing tapology after testing. Instead they changed the name then have the nerve to expect me to buy the "UPGRADED" 892BT PRO when it is the updated 892BT that I thought I was buying all along! Do yourself a fayvor and STAY AWAY. I was lied to and they will lie to you too!

Corporate greed, poor business practices,they mislead me and 10's of 1000's of other customers telling us that topology was coming to the,(in my case the Mucar 892bt) then gave a release date,of Nov 25th then that pasted by ,then they say It was postponed today later date, then they came out and they said they had to do more testing cuz they want to give the customers the best product they could 😂😂 then came out and flat out said we weren't getting it, and I have the screenshots to prove it on my end ,because every time you try to talk to them,customer service or with the online chats they would give you the runaround. I mean personally I don't really care about topology or not, I just don't like getting lied to, 👎👎👎👎 for thumbs down in my book

After doing some research, I decided to buy their top-of-the-line scan tool because they advertised a feature that was supposedly in beta and “coming soon.” We were led to believe that this feature would eventually be available on the tool we purchased. Instead, they released a new PRO version of the same scan tool for an additional $500 and now claim that the feature is exclusive to the PRO model. The most frustrating part is that many of us literally participated in testing and helping develop this feature on the scan tool we already own. After using our feedback to improve it, they locked it behind a more expensive version. That feels incredibly misleading and unfair to customers who bought the original model expecting that promised feature. They are also offering discounts if you leave a review here, which seem to violate trustpilot’s rules.
