Did okay with customer service
Did okay with customer service I had to use the email to talk to them which was irritating because the app cleared the conversation after talking to them through it but it is what it is and it took a while to get the issue with my defective product resolved but they did resolve it eventually and are in the process of sending me a replacement

I own a 689bt an love the tool there appears to be a lot of secrecy regarding a forthcoming topology mapping update. I could do with the update to diagnose a comms fault but can't seem to get any answers from support of if/when it's actually coming or if it's going to fall outside the promised lifetime updates and be a paid addon, which I can't really afford being a diy user. Great tool but not so convinced about support.
