I purchased the scanner and TPMS tool but I'm not gadget savvy.
I purchased the scanner but didn't activate it right away. Later I had a TPMS issue on my truck and purchased the Venu-I Pro to fix the problem because they work together. I had a little difficulty activating the scanner and Venu-I Pro together. I admit I'm not young and gadget savvy so I contacted customer support. The next day I had the answer from them and they linked right up. Great customer service is something you don't get everywhere. Very impressed with the scanner, the TPMS tool and customer support. It doesn't get any better than that.
