Tap ScoreReviews of mytapscore.com

Hands down one of the most solid companies I have ever had the pleasure working with. The response time was faster and more thorough than any online experience I have ever had. Johnny was extraordinary in his feedback all the way through and even after the fact. I would recommend this company all the way!

Shelly was extremely kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and provided very fast replies. The test exceeded my expectations and the price was exceptional. Perhaps on the website you might want to mention in larger font USA to USA order included per-paid return label for collection included in the $350 price. :-)

Great attention to detail, knowledge and patience. A really positive experience.

Tap Score is an excellent service, and the SimpleLab team provided me with useful advice when I contacted them with questions upon receiving my water test results. I highly recommend them!

This is a upper echelon company. My test was lost by the postal service (no shock there USPS...), and I reached out to simple labs to tell them what had happened. Wouldn't you know they stepped in and called the post office too!! And when things didn't seem to be getting resolved they immediately mailed me a new kit at no additional cost. Truly a standup company that is there for their customers. Thank you for all the support!!! :)

Our lab test only took 5 days. The report was clear and comprehensive. They even provide remedies. We were hoping for better test results, but at least now we know what we are drinking. We now know there is something to be addressed. The customer service was exceptional.

Tap Score provides the best method to test your water for a comprehensive array of contaminants. They also have a website Simplelab to view all of your reports in one place and you can access your reports to evaluate your changes in water quality over time to see what metals or VOC may have changed. Especially with health issues it is important to check your water and also to test your filtered water not just water from the tap. I have well water and test for both to see how the filter is or is not working. I recommend tap score to everyone because water quality may make the difference in staying well and disease or cancer free.

I was extremely pleased with my experience with Tap Score and SimpleLab. I had three tests of different water sources that I needed results for quickly. The team from SimpleLab helped me to get them tested quickly and accurately, even when UPS messed up the overnight shipment (Kate and Shelby from SimpleLab sent another one the next day overnight!). In addition, I was able to talk to water expert Johnny for help understanding my results, even though the interface that I received was very intuitive and easy to read. He was extremely helpful in getting the low down with my results. At the same time, I had also sent in a different water source to a competing service, SafeHome, so I can compare TapScore against SafeHome. SafeHome was more expensive to test a city water source (about $30), they were a few days slower, and their report wasn't as easy to interpret or read. I'll definitely use TapScore again when I need to test water. Highly recommended for their professionalism, speed, and accuracy. Thanks, guys!
