I have had such a great experience with My Tap Score, as I have been concerned about the quality of our drinking water over the past year. As a Health Coach, I know how important it is to be aware of what we are drinking and it often goes overlooked as a potential health hazard. This was my third time testing my water after installing appropriate filters, just to double check. Their testing service was very quick and includes easy-to-read detailed reports that I can compare to past tests. All my questions and concerns where answered very quickly as well.

Highly recommend Simple Lab! The web site, ordering, instructions, process to send sample back, report and online Chat have ALL been exceptional! Very pleased with the level of detail in the report results, and a Chat with Kelly confirmed my understanding of it all and she pointed me in the next direction - i.e. for a solution to the health risks! I appreciate her expertise, clear communication, and outstanding service. I highly recommend and won't hesitate to use them again.

If you need water testing, this company is the place to use! They have the expertise and testing capabilities to measure whatever you need to figure out what's in your water. I truly appreciate their service.

This was the best money I've spent! Robin was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions! I learned way more about how to treat my well water from these tests than I have from dedicated professionals in my area.

Fantastic service and very very fast results. I did my samples and mailed them and got the results just 2-3 days later. If you are worried at all about your tap water tasting funny, then there is no greater investment than your health. For a small fee, it doesn't hurt to just double check your tap water for safety. My test confirmed my suspicions about my tap water and I will now not be drinking it.

We live in a very remote community in the far north where anything can happen during the winter. Sometimes mail delivery vehicles won't start, including planes. Mail piles up creating major backlogs. In the rush to clear everything, small packages can get overlooked. We had just such conditions right while I was expecting a shipment from SimpleLabs, and my order stalled somewhere across the north. The tracking showed no activity for a long time, and SimpleLabs just stepped up and were preparing to ship me a new order free of charge. I just received the new shipping information from them and my order showed up at the local post office. I was just able to contact them in time before the dropped off the new order. Communication with this company and their cheerful help has been excellent all the way. I will be recommending them to everyone else who needs this kind of service in this community.
