Tap ScoreReviews of mytapscore.com

Tap Score helped us completely change our water for the better! The kits are incredibly easy to use, delivery and testing time is fast, and the results are clear and easy to digest. The suggestions for solutions gave us a lot to consider and we referred to our results many times as we selected a whole house water filter. We felt empowered and confident to make the right selection based on the test findings because of it's thoroughness and clarity. Tap Score's service is unique because they are independent--we were not pressured by a plumber or other professional to use their specific system so we were able to take our time to select what was best for our water, lifestyle, and house. We re-tested after we installed our filter and were thrilled with our much improved results! We've recommended Tap Score to family and friends and will continue to--we have heard great things from everyone who has also used this service!

The good people at TapScore have provided my family and I an invaluable service and peace of mind. While navigating the purchase of a new home, and the birth of our child, water safety was a primary concern. Between providing comprehensive tests tailored to potential threats in my area, and offering educational feedback in regards to our results TapScore earned a long term customer. I've now conducted numerous tests over the course of several years and been able to eliminate several contaminants from our drinking water in that time. Thanks to them I can rest assured that my family, including our newborn, always has safe and healthy water to drink!

I'm obsessed with this website. I've literally tested all water sources before I drink them, including Hydroviv, Life Source, RO, Smart Water, etc. I really like their report layout and I've been really satisfied. I've also chatted with their support a few times, and the person I spoke with was helpful.

My fifth sample. Prompt service as well as timely return of data. Very reproducible, which was reassuring. Would highly recommend!

Comprehensive from start to finish. Easy to track every step of the process. Trustworthy results. Leave no doubt about the quality of your water. These guys are the best!

The process and kit are easy and straight forward. The advanced water test is all encompassing and provided very useful data.

I have used this service twice now with two years in between testing. The companies testing and reporting is extremely thorough and trustworthy. Our first test two years ago showed no issues with our private well, which was very good news. However, as anyone knows, your water quality can change over time and our second test two years later showed trace amounts of arsenic! I am grateful for this companies testing capabilities and reputation! I will certainly be using them is the future as well!

It had been several years since we last tested our well. Though it was 650 feet down in essentially solid granite, the ongoing drought gave us reason to think the quality of the water might have changed; at least, we wanted to know if there was any filtration or treatment we needed to be doing. We selected a battery of tests that would evaluate the potentially egregious contaminants. There was a bit of compromising to do given the costs of some of the tests. We were pleased with how easy it was to use the sampling kit and return the samples to the lab. We were also very pleased with the turnaround time for the results. The report was complete and reasonably simple to understand. The laboratory analysis is detailed and even miniscule (and insignificant) values of contaminants are reported. It took a bit of digging to determine the relative danger or consequences of some of the reported values. We realized the lab was not in a position to declare something of no significance, but a bit of comparison to other water sources might have been helpful in determining if we need to implement any changes. All in all, we'll go back to TapScore again when next we need to test our water.
