Had a problem with one of there products and sent 2 emails , just wanting some info. on it and maybe help me find something else , was not asking to return or wanting a refund of any kind. But never heard a word back from them , but they have no problem sending me a reminder that im running low on the product i cant use

They did not have the ítem i purchased in inventory so the called me right Away to offer a different brand. My order was shipped out right away. Great customer service and variaty un products

Three separate order took over two weeks to arrive and over a week to ship. Website says most orders go out within 24 hours. Last one took 10 days to ship even after they apologized and refunded my shipping and said it was going out then. Still took another 3 business days to ship. You can get the same products on other sites that deliver on their promises. Completely messed up my cycle. Will never order from them or their parent company Supplement Warehouse again.
